Before you do so however, as a heads up in early 2020 we will be releasing a comprehensive online platform which will provide health resources for both our patients and the general public. This platform will be launched with a learning program called “Perfect Posture Online”.

Perfect Posture Online is an educational system we use to teach our patients the principles of posture, and how to stand and move in any situation to prevent yourself from getting spinal pain. We use this system in rehab with our patients who have chronic lower back pain or are losing their balance.

This will be a FREE program to all patients of the practice, however I am making it available to everybody who received the hoax email as a gift for the inconvenience it may have caused.  However,  to deliver the program to you, we will need to have your email address.
