What is a Perfect Posture Screen?

If you are concerned about your posture or your child’s posture, a Perfect Posture Screen is a visual analysis, physical assessment and recommendations as to what needs to be done.

If you are healthy and just need education and exercises, we might recommend that you do our online education program Perfect Posture Online.

If you have postural problems that require additional support and specific exercises, then we might recommend our group class Perfect Posture Program.

If you are in pain, then we might recommend you do our Better Back Program, which addresses the spinal problem and includes postural re-education and specific functional exercises to return you to full movement.

The Perfect Posture Screen, is highly recommended as a scoliosis assessment for children aged 11-14.

When you come for your assessment, we take front and side on and back pictures and measurements are then made in our software. We need to take anatomical landmarks, and therefore we recommend that men wear shorts, and women wear active wear or a swimsuit.
